The Cooking and Cocktails Series is back in 2025, and we are kicking things off with a night in Bologna! Attendees will learn to craft a classic Bolognese sauce and homemade ricotta cheese designed to elevate your culinary skills.

We’ll finish the class with a refreshing homemade lemon gelato, the perfect palate cleanser. As part of this demonstration, you’ll also enjoy a guided tasting of Tuscan wines, expertly paired to complement this iconic ragù. As founding members, the event ticket cost will be waived.

During this 1.5 hour demonstration, you will enjoy samples of the featured items and volunteers may be requested.

Please note: an additional night (Tuesday, February 4) will open up if need be. If the registration is full, please sign up for the waitlist and await further coordination from Billy.
