Join us for Tai Chi with our instructor, Ou!

Tai Chi promotes balance, flexibility, and relaxation, making it an ideal practice for improving overall well-being without putting stress on the body. Its low-impact nature also helps enhance joint health and reduce stress while improving mental focus.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to obtain a great spot. Please feel free to bring a water and fitness towel if you prefer.
