Stretch & Flexibility With Grace

This restorative session will guide you through gentle stretching, increase body awareness, provide tools for releasing tension, and open pathways to stillness and rejuvenation. Please arrive 10 minutes early to obtain a great spot. Please bring a yoga mat, a fitness towel, and a bottle of water for yourself.

The maximum for each class is eight participants. Please begin by registering for one of the four January classes. If you notice an opening in another class before its start date, you’re welcome to sign up for an additional spot. To respect the class size and ensure everyone has a quality experience, please attend only the sessions you are officially registered for.
