Join us for Chair Yoga with Eileen!
Chair Yoga is a gentle and accessible class designed especially for adults 55+. With support from a chair, participants move through slow, mindful stretches and poses that improve flexibility, balance, and mobility without lying on the floor.
All levels are welcome!
Please arrive 10 minutes early to obtain a great spot. Please bring a fitness towel and a bottle of water for yourself.
