Join us for Chair Yoga with Eileen!

Chair Yoga is a gentle and accessible class designed especially for adults 55+. With support from a chair, participants move through slow, mindful stretches and poses that improve flexibility, balance, and mobility without lying on the floor.

All levels are welcome!

Please arrive 10 minutes early to obtain a great spot. Please bring a fitness towel and a bottle of water for yourself.

The class limit is 15 people – if you sign up and cannot make it, please edit your reservation and let Billy know. Addtionally, if the class is full and you would like to attend, message Billy directly to be added to the waitlist.
