Looking for a fun, friendly way to stay active? Come out and join our Esplanade at Madeira Ranch 5k run group! This is a relaxed, no-pressure event where everyone is welcome—whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting your fitness journey.
If you’re new to running, no worries! We will lead a couch to 5K plan if there’s enough interest so you can ease into the rhythm at your own pace.
We’ll cover 3.1 miles together, followed by a half-mile cool-down walk to wrap things up. Let’s put the “Active” in our community and enjoy some fresh air, good company, and a little movement!
