Embrace the season and nourish your mind, body, and soul with a day dedicated to wellness! We’ll kick off with a refreshing morning walk to Kammerer Park, soaking in the benefits of outdoor activity, from boosting mental clarity to reducing stress and enhancing overall mood. Afterward, Chef David will lead a live demo on creating a delicious, protein-packed smoothie to fuel your body right.
Next, unwind with a gentle yoga and stretching session led by Eileen, featuring easy, standing movements perfect for all fitness levels. Then, our Tai Chi expert, Ou, will guide us through balance exercises that blend relaxation and mindfulness.
As we wrap up, enjoy some time mingling with Eileen, Ou, and Tami, our court instructor, to learn about their classes and upcoming wellness programs. We’ll finish the day with a healthy, thoughtfully prepared lunch by Chef David. Plus, participants who stay through the entire day can enter our raffle for a special prize!
