Meet Your Board Member: Larry Tosta

Esplanade at Madeira Ranch has an exciting announcement! On November 8th, residents elected Larry Tosta to serve as our first member elected Board Member. Larry brings an exception of service, from his professional public education career as a principal to serving in past homeowners associations as a president.
