This restorative session will guide you through gentle stretching, increase body awareness, provide tools for releasing tension, and open pathways to stillness and rejuvenation. Please arrive 10 minutes early to obtain a great spot. Please bring a yoga mat, a fitness towel, and a bottle of water for yourself.
The max for each class is eight people. To begin, please only register for one of the three classes we will host in October. Please get in touch with Billy if you would like to attend more than one class.
