Dear Madeira Ranch Community Association Member,

The Board approved an Architectural Committee Charter at the October 28, 2025 Board meeting and are seeking to appoint a Member to the Committee.  Please review the Charter and if you are interested in serving on the Committee, please return the completed application to Resort Director Billy Gougherty in the Sales Gallery by Friday, November 28, 2025.  The Board will appoint someone at the January 27, 2026 meeting at the latest.
